Whether the lock file and the environment match pyproject.toml.

lock_current and synced are None when uv is not installed.

synced	bool \| None	Whether `uv sync --check --frozen` passes, so the project environment matches `uv.lock`. None when there is no `uv.lock`.
missing	list[str]	Dependencies in `pyproject.toml` that are not installed in the running Python environment.
