stubs_list()
The available stubs: the project's own, then Framework's.
Usage
stubs_list(type: NotebookType | None = None) -> pd.DataFrameArguments

Value
A DataFrame with columns name, type, and source (user or
framework). A project stub hides Framework's of the same name.
